Return & Refund Policy

If you decide not to keep your TurboJet purchase, you may return your item within 30 calendar days following the receipt of your order. To initiate the procedure, contact us by email at contact@maxdealstore.com providing: - Your order number - The reason for the return - Photos of the product in its current condition Our team will communicate the return address within 24-48 hours. This does not affect your legal right of withdrawal.

The return will be accepted if: 1. The item is in its new condition, allowing it to be resold. 2. The manufacturer's warranty seal (if applicable) is intact. 3. The item has not been damaged by the customer. 4. The item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories. 5. The return is sent to the exact address provided by our customer service — a return to any other address will not be refunded.

For a return following a change of mind: - Return shipping costs are at the exclusive expense of the customer. - We do not provide a prepaid return label. - Our main processing center is located in China — international shipping is at your expense. - We strongly recommend using a tracked service and considering shipping insurance for products over €50. - We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return transit. If you receive a defective, damaged or non-conforming product, contact us immediately at contact@maxdealstore.com with: - Your order number - Clear photos of the defect observed (from multiple angles) - A precise description of the problem and the circumstances in which you noticed it Our technical team will examine your case and return to you within 48 business hours with a proposal adapted to your situation. Depending on the case analysis, the proposed solution may take the form of a replacement, a repair, a credit note, or a refund. We reserve the right to request additional information or the return of the product for expertise before proceeding with any solution. The proposed solutions apply only to confirmed manufacturing defects — damage caused by misuse, use not in accordance with the instructions or normal wear is excluded.

You may request cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet been shipped — generally within 12 hours of the order. Contact us at contact@maxdealstore.com as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, you retain your legal right of withdrawal and may follow the return procedure above. For validated cancellations before shipment, the refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days via the original payment method.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact our customer service at contact@maxdealstore.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will either proceed with a free reshipment or a full refund, according to your preference.

Once your returned product is received at our processing center, we proceed with its inspection and the processing of your refund within 2 to 5 business days. The refund is made on the original payment method. Then allow an additional 5 to 10 business days for your banking institution to process the transfer (delay variable depending on your bank and country).

The following are excluded from the right of return: - Items that have been used, modified or damaged by the customer. - Items without original packaging or without accessories. - Items returned to an address different from the one communicated. - Items exceeding the 30-day deadline.

All TurboJet products come with a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt covering manufacturing defects. If you opted for the 1-year warranty extension at checkout, this warranty is extended to 12 months from the date of receipt. Depending on the analysis of your case and the nature of the defect, we may propose a repair, replacement, credit note or refund. We reserve the right to request the return of the product for expertise before any decision. Damage resulting from misuse, use not in accordance with the instructions, normal wear, or modifications made to the product are not covered by the warranty.
