Shipping Policy

TurboJet offers international shipping. The process takes place in 2 steps: 1. Preparation and dispatch (48 hours): once your order is received, your parcel is prepared, packed, and handed over to the carrier within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. 2. Delivery (5 to 10 business days): once handled by the carrier, your parcel is delivered to you within 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. Estimated total time between your order and its receipt: approximately 7 to 12 business days.

Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum order amount.

Once an order is confirmed, it can only be modified or cancelled if it has not yet been shipped. To return a product, please initiate the return process upon receipt of the item.

If you have successfully placed an order but have not received it, please contact us at contact@maxdealstore.com so we can open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a reship or refund according to your preference.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can contact our customer service at contact@maxdealstore.com at any time for information on your order status.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service at contact@maxdealstore.com as soon as possible. We will offer a replacement or refund. Return shipping for damaged products is covered by us.
